Guests will create a custom dish from a selection of: Corn Fed Chicken with P-30 Sauce, Spicy Tuna with Wakame Salad & Ground Marinated Tofu, Miso Mushrooms and Edamame, served with over a dozen sauces & garnishes, including organic Pickled Vegetables, Korean Kimchi, Japanese Wakame Salads, Wonton and Rice Crisps, Toasted Sesame Seeds & much more
